• Show all work to determine order of reaction for three reactants:  acetone, iodine, acid

• Write the rate law.

• Determine the value of k and specify its units.

• Make calculations for the GIANT RUN:

We will combine 150 mL of 4-M acetone, 75 mL of 0.005 M iodine, 200 mL of 1-M HCl and 75 mL of water. 
Use your lab results to calculate how long it will take (in seconds) for the reaction to be completed.
