Description: Kansas City has been chosen as one of four cities nationally to have an Interfaith Youth Core. Modeled on the Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC) founded by Eboo Patel in Chicago, this is a community-based organization of young people from a variety of faith backgrounds who are committed to doing service projects together, forming friendships, and learning about each other's religions.
Membership Requirements: A group of Sion students are charter members of this city-wide effort which has been named the Interfaith Youth Alliance.
